Our core modality is Clarkson's systemic relational model, which draws upon various theoretical approaches. We incorporate techniques & tools from a variety of schools & traditions, including relational, psychodynamic, existential, psychoanalysis, transactional analysis, Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), humanistic and transpersonal.

Psychotherapy for those in need

At Relational Counselling, we strongly believe that everyone should have access to the benefits of counselling and psychotherapy, regardless of their financial circumstances. Unfortunately, many people who could benefit from counselling are unable to afford it, and this is where we need your help.

By donating to Relational Counselling, you can help us provide accessible counselling and psychotherapy services to those who might otherwise be unable to access them. Your donation will directly support our efforts to provide affordable therapy to individuals and couples in need, and help to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to live their best life.

Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those who are struggling, and ensure that counselling is available to all who need it. Please consider making a donation, and join us in our mission to make counselling and psychotherapy accessible for all.
